Terms of use
These Terms govern access to and use of DOMIKA as a structured knowledge and discovery platform across papers, news, video, and audio content.
By accessing or using DOMIKA, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
DOMIKA is currently operated by Francesco Curia as an independent project and software service.
DOMIKA is a discovery and navigation platform designed to help users find, inspect, organize, and revisit structured knowledge across research papers, articles, videos, podcasts, and related materials.
The platform may aggregate, rank, display, and link to content or metadata from third-party sources for discovery purposes.
DOMIKA is provided for informational, discovery, and research workflow purposes only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for how they interpret and use any information accessed through the platform.
DOMIKA may display titles, metadata, abstracts, summaries, source labels, previews, or outbound links relating to third-party content.
Such content remains the property of its respective owners, publishers, repositories, platforms, or rights holders. Whenever available, users are expected to consult the original source for the authoritative version.
Some features may require account access, authentication, or usage limits depending on the current service tier.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed through their account.
Users may not:
- • use DOMIKA for unlawful purposes
- • attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the platform
- • scrape, extract, or reuse data in violation of applicable law or source terms
- • misuse the platform in a way that harms DOMIKA, its users, or third parties
DOMIKA, including its software, code, interface, structure, design, and proprietary product elements, is owned by Francesco Curia unless otherwise stated.
Third-party content, publications, media, and source material remain the property of their respective owners.
DOMIKA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Availability, completeness, accuracy, ranking quality, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOMIKA and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or reliance-based damages arising from access to or use of the platform.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of opportunity, service interruptions, ranking inaccuracies, or reliance on third-party content.
DOMIKA may update, suspend, or modify features, limits, or policies at any time. These Terms may also be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
